We offer a straightforward and transparent commission structure which allows our landlords to spread the payment of our commission throughout the tenancy. Unlike most agents, our commission is deducted from the rent so that our landlords start receiving an income for their property as soon as the tenant moves in. As members of the Property Redress Scheme (PRS), we adhere to the codes of practice laid out by them. This Government approved independent Redress Scheme gives consumers additional protection beyond what is required by the law. Our clients and customers have peace of mind that there is a free and fair redress available in the unlikely event of an unresolved dispute involving our agency.

We offer a comprehensive fully managed fee of 10% or rent collection of 5%. Our strategic marketing plan will allow us to find a tenant in good time.
