All of our customers have the choice not to pay anything at the time when they engage us to sell their property. You can pay later when any of the following occurs, whichever happens first:

• When the property sells and the legal process is complete;
• If you withdraw your instructions for us to market the property;
• If you withdraw from using Advanced Conveyancing;
• Ten months from the date when your advert is published.

If you are selling a property then the Wynn Estate’s for sale board is included in the price (including the delivery and erection of the board). If you require a replacement board or would like one for your rental property, the cost is £60 plus VAT.

No. Your agreement will be with Wynn Estates although we do have the right to assign the liability to a third party who own the liability and collect payment.
